Off-book occupancy
A room appears vacant in the system while physical activity says otherwise.
Connect · booking + room state + accessThe hotel operating system built to protect revenue.
Staycore connects bookings, payments, room access, POS, inventory, approvals, and audit trails—helping your team prevent, detect, reconcile, and investigate controllable revenue leakage.
Leakage rarely arrives as one dramatic event. It accumulates through rooms that never reach the ledger, extensions that outlive payment, orders that stop before settlement, stock that moves without explanation, and adjustments that nobody reviews.
A room appears vacant in the system while physical activity says otherwise.
Connect · booking + room state + accessA guest stays longer, but the extension, payment, and access window drift apart.
Connect · departure + balance + credentialThe kitchen or bar acts, but the bill never reaches payment or the guest folio.
Connect · order + KOT + bill + folioStock leaves the store without a matching sale, recipe use, wastage, or approved comp.
Connect · issue + use + sale + varianceDiscounts, voids, refunds, and rate changes happen without the right approval path.
Connect · role + request + approval + auditA credible control system says exactly what happened. Blocking an action, detecting a mismatch, reconciling records, and retaining audit evidence are useful—but they are not interchangeable.
Stop an unauthorized action before it changes the commercial record.
Example · approval required before an out-of-policy discountSurface a mismatch or exception while the team can still investigate it.
Example · occupied-room signal without a matching stayCompare the operating event with the charge, payment, folio, or stock movement.
Example · kitchen order against settled or room-posted billRetain who acted, what changed, when it happened, and which approval applied.
Example · refund request, approver, reason, and final resultStaycore links the physical operation to its commercial record. Owners get exceptions they can act on, rather than another disconnected report to compare by hand.
The Revenue Protection Guarantee covers every current Staycore hotel plan. Door-lock controls are included; each property’s applicable scenarios follow its configured workflows, connected services, and installed supported lock hardware.
The current first-party result is 100%. The guarantee promises a minimum 97%. This measures whether Staycore produces the defined control outcome in applicable scenarios—not the percentage of monetary loss recovered and not every form of theft prevented.
Standard RPS-1.0.0 · Terms RPGT-1.0.0 · First-party certification by the Staycore Product & Controls Team · Valid through 15 February 2027.
Included plan capabilities count when their supported workflow is configured. Door-lock controls are included in hotel plans and run when supported lock hardware is installed and connected.
Each scenario passes only when the expected outcome—prevent, detect, reconcile, or audit—is produced with the evidence required by RPS-1.0.0.
If a certified passing scenario misses its defined outcome in an eligible deployment and the claim is verified, Staycore applies a one-month subscription credit under RPGT-1.0.0.
