Things owners ask before signing.

What is actually metered?

Single-property cloud hotel plans are selected by the number of rooms in inventory. Shortlets are billed per portfolio and F&B is billed per outlet. Staycore does not bill per booking, transaction, or staff member.

When does Custom Pricing apply?

Custom Pricing applies to hotels with more than 200 rooms, multi-property groups, hybrid deployments where customer data stays in customer infrastructure, and on-premises deployments of the complete Staycore stack.

Are accounting and payroll extra for hotels?

No. Accounting, forecasting and payroll are included in every current Staycore hotel plan. Payroll and accounting remain separately available for non-hotel offerings where applicable.

Are there setup fees?

There is a one-time onboarding fee for each catalog-priced hotel plan. It covers property setup, data preparation and guided onboarding. Custom deployments are scoped separately.

What is the contract length?

Monthly and yearly billing are paid in advance. The initial term is twelve months and renews for another twelve months unless either party gives sixty days' written notice. Yearly billing receives a 10% discount. Data is exportable as CSV at any time.

What about VAT and processing fees?

All amounts are quoted ex VAT. Payment processor fees are passed through at the rates published by those providers and Staycore does not mark them up.

Can the plan grow with the hotel?

Yes. A single-property cloud hotel can move from Starter to Growth, Business Plus and Enterprise without migrating data. Hotels that become multi-property or exceed 200 rooms move to a custom commercial arrangement.

Is non-NGN billing available?

Yes. Operators outside Nigeria can be invoiced in USD or local currency on yearly contracts. Confirm the applicable currency during the sales conversation.
