Prevent
Stop a disallowed action before the workflow completes, or require the configured approval.
Staycore guarantees at least 97% coverage of applicable controllable leakage scenarios for every current standard hotel plan. RPS-1.0.0 is certified at 100%: all 40 scenarios passed per plan.
What 97% means: scenario coverage. It is not 97% of money recovered, 97% of losses prevented, or protection from every theft, collusion, physical loss, or off-system activity.
The standard counts defined, repeatable control scenarios that apply to a hotel’s plan and connected operating environment. It measures whether those tests pass—not the financial value of any incident.
Scenario coverage percent equals passed applicable scenarios divided by total applicable scenarios, multiplied by one hundred.
Standard threshold: each current standard hotel plan must meet at least 97% separately. Results are never averaged across plans.
Each scenario declares its expected outcome before testing. The result must be observable and supported by the evidence specified for that scenario.
Stop a disallowed action before the workflow completes, or require the configured approval.
Surface an exception, mismatch, or unusual event to the authorised operator.
Compare the expected operational or financial record with what was actually posted.
Record the actor, time, action, and supporting state needed to review the event.
On 15 August 2026, all four plans passed all 40 controlled automated product scenarios on revision abb13ae6. A result on one plan was not used to offset another.

Door-access controls are included in every standard hotel plan. Hardware- and integration-dependent scenarios execute only when the supported connection is installed and active for the property.
Door-lock controls are included automatically in every standard hotel plan. Their access scenarios execute when supported lock hardware is installed, connected, and configured for the tested workflow.
A payment, channel, POS, or other integration scenario applies only when the specific supported connector is named in the certification matrix and active for the hotel.
A scenario that cannot execute because its required supported system is not present is excluded from both sides of the formula. It is never counted as a pass.
Revenue protection is a system of operational controls, not insurance against every loss. Approved guarantee terms RPGT-1.0.0 and the certified RPS-1.0.0 matrix control the scope.
This is the high-level review path for an active guarantee claim. Approved terms RPGT-1.0.0 set the notice requirements, evidence rules, time limits, eligibility conditions, and one-month subscription-credit remedy.
Keep relevant booking, folio, payment, approval, stock, access, user, integration, and timestamp evidence.
Identify the hotel, subscribed plan, configured add-ons or integrations, and the expected control outcome that did not occur.
Staycore reviews applicability against the published standard, certification matrix, system configuration, event evidence, and governing terms version.
The result identifies whether the scenario was applicable, whether its expected outcome failed, and whether the remedy conditions were met.
The guarantee is active under Revenue Protection Standard RPS-1.0.0 and approved guarantee terms RPGT-1.0.0.
Claims are evaluated against the certified standard, the property’s applicable configuration, system evidence, and approved terms RPGT-1.0.0.
It measures the share of applicable controllable leakage scenarios that pass their predefined test. A hotel plan meets the standard when at least 97% of its own applicable scenarios pass. It does not measure money recovered or promise that every theft or loss is prevented.
Scenario coverage equals passed applicable scenarios divided by total applicable scenarios, multiplied by 100. Each current standard hotel plan must meet the 97% threshold separately.
A scenario passes only when its predefined test produces the required Prevent, Detect, Reconcile, or Audit outcome and the required evidence supports that result. A partial result or an excluded scenario is not counted as a pass.
No. The percentage measures test-scenario coverage. It is not a recovery rate, a savings estimate, or a promise that 97% of financial loss, theft, collusion, physical loss, or off-system activity will be prevented.
Hotel Starter, Hotel Growth, Hotel Business Plus, and Hotel Enterprise each passed all 40 applicable scenarios, producing 100% certified coverage per plan. Results are not averaged across plans.
Door-lock controls are included automatically in every standard hotel plan; their scenarios execute when supported lock hardware is installed and connected. Other integration-dependent scenarios apply when the named supported connector is configured and active.
The Staycore Product & Controls Team tested 40 controlled automated product scenarios on revision abb13ae6. All 40 passed for each current standard hotel plan, producing 100% certified scenario coverage.
