1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Staycore, including our multi-property operating platform for hotels and shortlets, APIs, integrations, and any trial or beta services. If you are using Staycore on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.

3. Use of the services

You agree to use Staycore only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes

Subscription fees and payment terms are provided in your order form or plan selection. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and government charges. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

5. Data and privacy

You retain ownership of your data. We process your data to provide the services and improve performance. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you upload, including guest information, rates, and availability. You will ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to process data and communicate with guests.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not disrupt or degrade service performance.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts or data without permission.
• Do not use Staycore to send unsolicited or deceptive communications.

8. Intellectual property

Staycore and all related software, design, and branding are owned by Staycore or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights other than the limited right to use the services as provided.

9. Third-party services

Staycore may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, channel managers, or access control providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to use confidential information only to perform obligations under these Terms and to protect it using reasonable care.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

Staycore provides the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staycore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Staycore harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or pose a security risk. You may terminate your subscription in accordance with your order terms. Upon termination, access to the services will end and data retention will follow our policies.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means.
